C & K Home Inspections is offering whole house inspections for a reduced rate of $240 C & K Home Inspections is also offering seller’s inspections for a reduced rate of $175.  C & K Home Inspections is fully licensed and insured, a member of NACHI and is a graduate of PITI  and Property I. Along with these certifications our inspector has a degree in Construction Engineering. We have been providing quality inspections in the Kansas City area for 4 years and have 16 years of experience in the construction industry. We provide a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the home buyers, sellers and real estate agents.  Our reports are completed with Home Gauge Software complete with digital pictures.

• Whole House Inspections ( Over 3000 sqft)…… $290.00
• Sellers Inspections………………………………………..$175.00
• Radon Test…………………………………………………… $95.00
